This sweet card is suitable for both birthdays and for a new Baby Girl.  It will be one that the parents will want to include in the baby book for a keep sake.

Decoupage on both inside and out but is not necessary to be a very pretty card.  This card is has quilting on the front with a pink star, buttons and ribbons. The baby bear peaks out from the top.

On the inside you will find a baby bear with a pink ribbon on her head and a lace collar.

There is one inside card with a birthday greeting and one left blank for you to add your own verse and to decide if it will be a birthday card or for a new baby. It comes with instructions and a matching envelope.
